We are sorry that you are not happy with your product. You can return any item up to 28 days after your purchase. To do so, please use a shipping partner with tracking and insurance. That way we can both track the parcel. Insurance is important in case your package is delayed or lost by the delivery partner.

Please return your items to the following address and make sure to add the delivery note or your order number (otherwise we can't assign the parcel to you):

Once your parcel arrives at our warehouse, we usually refund the money on the same day. In case of extensive team meetings or employee absence, there may be a slight delay. Please refrain from asking about the refund the same day your return reaches our office.

What happens with returns?

If the product is still perfect, we wash it and resell it afterwards.
If the product has a defect, we wash it, repair it and then gift them to our team and friends. 
We never throw away products and always repair defect articles.
