We are very excited to tell you about our new partners from CarbonClick. They will reduce carbon emissions, plant trees and invest into renewable energy with your donated money. All you have to do is click the button (not yet in the app unfortunately) and add a small amount for environmental projects. By the way: the shipping from our Bali factory to Berlin is already carbon neutral.

We are members at "1% For The Planet" and we donate 1% of our annual income (not profit) to non-profit organisations who try to safe our fragile environment and take care of (stray) animals. This organisation already collected 270 million dollars for a greener future and we are proud partners.

Our factory in Berlin only processes fabrics that we buy in the Netherlands and Italy. The factory in Bali only processes fabrics that are sourced locally in Indonesia. We attach great importance to the fact that our fabrics have the shortest possible routes from the manufacturer to our warehouse and that the fewest possible pollutants are produced during transport.

We produce our goods ethically at two locations, in Berlin and in Bali. Both factories are equipped with the most modern machines and all employees have a pleasant and, above all, safe working environment, with above-average pay and many additional benefits. Unlike usual here in Indonesia, our team in Bali only works five days a week instead of six and still gets a significantly higher salary than workers in other local factories so they have the weekend off and can spend time with their families. Unfortunately we cannot manufacture some basics, likes socks, caps or some bucket hats ourselves and therefore buy products marked with "InternetXdoll basics" from other suppliers and then refine them with our logos. We then also plant two trees for each product sold for these products.

We love to keep it local and support small businesses. Therefore all of our (collab-)partners do manufacture themselves locally, take care of our planet and are on top of their game. For us, this is the only ethically way to work together and due to this, we also cancelled working relationships in the past where ex-partners couldn´t meet our high standards. So you can make sure that all products sold over internetxdoll.com are ethically manufactured and come in an amazing quality.

We only use high quality, skin friendly and 100% vegan materials for our products, so this is environmental friendly, animal friendly and of course skin friendly. No need to harm poor cows for this. We even found that perfect matte pvc to give you a "leather optic" without carrying around dead skin.

We don´t want our customers to make stressful decisions, so we extended our return policy from 14 to 28 days. This means, even though shipping gets kinda slow these days, you don´t have to rush your decision if you want to rather keep our handmade products or not.

All of our with InternetXdoll tagged products are designed by Mareike and her team and we work hard towards our goal of bringing you handmade, in-house manufactured and ethically produced designer pieces for an amazing price. All while donating one percent of our sales to charitable projects, planting two trees for every product sold online and one tree for each item sold offline in our Bali store and paying all employees well above average.
