InternetXdoll is Hosting a fashion show together with Matthias Ophoff and Perlensau on the 4th of August. All proceeds will go to disabled people in the Ukraine to help them flee the country.

on the 10th of June, InternetXdoll turns two years old. To celebrate this, we are offering you 25% discount on all items (also on items in sale section) from today with code "BaliBirthday". The code is valid until the 19th of June 23.59 MESZ. 

Please note the following for the upcoming sale: 
- Due to high demand in our sales, every shipping will be delayed a little bit
- in stock items can hopefully be shipped in between 48h of your order
- pre-order items must be manufactured first and this can take up to four weeks depending on how many orders we receive
- please step away from asking when your order will be shipped, we will send you an email once your order is shipped
- our shipping and returns center will move to a bigger office and therefore we won't ship in the week from 13.06.2022 to 19.06.2022.

BALI GIVE-AWAY:

In addition to the discount, we are also giving away a two-week trip to Bali to one lucky buyer who was ordering something from our shop in the sales period. InternetXdoll covers the cost of the economy flight for you and another person, a double room in a hotel of our choice and gives you a €100 shopping voucher for the InternetXdoll shop in Bali.

Please note the following for the Bali give-away:
- Winner must share the feed post of the giveaway from InternetXdoll Shop in their Instagram Story and link @internetxdoll_shop (otherwise we can't see it), link their travel buddy in the comments of the feed post and buy something from our shop during the sale period from 01.06.2022 to 19.06.2022.

InternetXdoll is not liable for accidents on the way to or that happen on site, nor for delays, theft or other inconveniences. We are not the tour operator, we only give the winner flights and accommodation as a gift. If the winner is unable to travel for personal reasons, InternetXdoll will raffle the trip again. Attention: Exchange excluded. Booked is booked. A subsequent cancellation or rebooking of the trip is not possible or may involve costs that the winner must cover himself.

Hey everyone, 

due to an ongoing super high demand on our clothing we have decided to support the german production team with additional pieces from our Bali factory. We know this is in contrast to our original concept, but unfortunately our German production cannot keep up due to the many pre-orders. In the last sale alone we have received more than four hundred orders with pre-order items contained. 

That's why we now send ethically handcrafted goods made from local Indonesian fabrics to our warehouse in Berlin. We will inform each customer individually by email and ask for permission. If individual customers do not agree that their piece was produced in Bali, we will of course send a handmade piece from Berlin. Unfortunately there will be delays for the pieces made in Berlin. We ask for your understanding.

You are probably wondering what the sustainability of the parts from Bali is like, let me tell you:

1. We buy all of our fabrics in Bali, so they have super short ways to our facility.
2. Unlike local sewing shops which work six days a week and long shifts, our workers only work five days a week and 8h per day. At the same time we pay a significantly higher salary than other factories so our workers have the weekend off and time for their families.
3. We calculate the CO2 emissions of our delivery from Bali to Berlin via the official website carboncare and compensate the amount incurred via myclimate.org so that the goods are shipped CO2 neutral. For the beginning we have bought 10 tons of carbon reduction with Ecologi which will last a while until we gathered all necessary informations about how much carbon is really produced shipping our boxes.
4. But CO2 neutral is not enough for us: that's why we are now planting two instead of one tree for each product sold. This counts for all products we sell online via www.internetxdoll.com.

Here is a picture of our Bali factory which sits right on top or our offline store. We are still in the process of setting everything up so please excuse a little mess.

Hey everyone, 

from today, Tuesday, 10th of May until the 31st of May, we are offering a free pair of InternetXdoll socks for all orders above 100€ (excluding shipping fees or carbon offset) as long as the stock lasts. We will automatically add the pair of socks to your order over 100€, so you don't have to put them into the shopping bag yourself. 

If you return an item and get a refund and therefore your initial order will be below 100€ again, we will also deduct the costs of this pair of socks (worth 14.90€) as we had a few orders back in the days where people ordered over 100€ to receive the free pair of socks but afterwards returned their order to us. We think you can understand that we can't just gift socks to our customers like that. :-)
